Let’s look at
how this works. From the drop down menu, select “change item
prices.” Now select which items to put on sale. Identify
items by suppliers, department, or category.

Next identify the method of price change, set the amount –
in this case a percentage – then set the start and end dates
for your sale. The wizard also provides the option to round
prices.

The wizard
displays a spreadsheet of all the changes requested. You can
make changes as needed, pressing “commit” to confirm your
changes for dates specified. With the Inventory Wizard, you
can set up sales, days in advance -- ultimately giving
greater flexibility in your work schedule.
